EPE Customized Packaging in Different Forms EPE is a closed cell extruded non-cross linked
polyethylene Foam manufactured from low density polythene
(LDPE) as a base material with blowing agent of LPG, Both
are eco-friendly.
EPE Has a innumerable tiny closed cells, which has
a very fine & Uniform structure available from 085 mm to
12 mm thickness. A unique Heat Lamination process is
used to built up the thickness from 6 mm to 100 mm and
more to form to laminate and composite multilayered
structure of homogeneous bonding with taper - Free parallelness.
EPE is very
versatile & unique product, which due to it's inherent
characteristics ideal in packaging, automobiles,
insulation (thermal & acoustical), marine, sports, &
leisure, construction, agriculture, and also in various
other fields/areas.
EPE Available in
standard form of rolls & sheets and in non standard tailor
made forms & also offered in a specialty laminates /
composites of various substrates.
